The days are getting shorter and they’re getting ever so slightly cooler and October will be here in just a few days. In fact, October first is the date of our next ECI Member Presents! presentation. ECI Vice President Lauran Drown will be telling you about our exciting horno project which will be the basis of our first workshops where we can get together and literally get our hands dirty building with earthen materials creating an outdoor oven!
